Primos Y Primas, We all know someone that has Alzheimer but how do you explain Alzheimer's to children? I remember my then 6-year old nephew, asking me Tia, what's wrong with Mamma?" An inquisitive mind needed to make sense of what he heard or saw. In time, his questions made me realize that you have to be super honest and clear with children. Children don't know the medical diagnosis of Dementia or Alzheimer's.

This book is for children, ages 6 to 10-years-old, to help them understand what Alzheimer's Disease is like for those afflicted; to gain a better understanding of the situation when a family member is diagnosed.
