We are speaking to a food systems hero from Ghana who through what started as a school project has built a social impact business that is solving the problem of food wastage and loss in Ghana. Mathias joined the Enactus club in university and worked on a project which led to his interaction with a 56 year old Ghanaian woman who was losing one-third of her farming produce.
