David has a background in (lean,cost effective, measurable, value driven) Marketing, specifically for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and startups. He has helped create and maintain marketing campaigns, structure sales and marketing funnels, as well as strategy and system implementation.Jetpack Workflow helps accounting professionals streamline their workflow management. Prior to founding Jetpack Workflow David has worked as a technical marketing consultant.

David saw a pro-advisor with 2000 emails and helped to utilised checklists and other project management tools but realised that ongoing task management was the issue.

There are increasingly lower barrier to entry. There is more competition and competition for attention.
An issue for growing firms is maintaining service quality.
A significant challenge for firms is workflow management.
It is necessary to create a client avatar. Create an empathy map.
Niching down is the way to go. Understand what makes your target market to tick. Ask them questions. Understand them better than anyone else.

Workflow management – track recurring work, capacity and turnaround time. These are the real drivers of highly effectively business. It is about people logistics.
