Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. Happy Easter holidays from Decomposed Radio! For show number 22 we're changing up the genres yet again, with a very special guest in the shape of "The Sound Diggers." Hailing from the dizzy heights of Leek, in Staffordshire, he's also known as Justin Critchlow, a name that should be familiar to some of the rock climbers amongst you, as he's a bit of a wizard on the Staffordshire gritstone.
As a DJ and producer, Justin has some seriously silky skills, and out of all of the guest we've featured so far on the show, on the quiet he's probably the most accomplished, with a string of huge releases on major house labels, and worldwide DJ tours that have taken him from Antwerp to Amsterdam, Canada to Croatia with everywhere in between.
Genre wise, he likes to keep it upbeat and groovy, so wherever you're heading to this easter weekend, get this on the radio for your journey, and enjoy this superb mix of funky, deep club house, from The Sound Diggers.
