Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. It's time for another Decomposed Radio show, and for show #042 we've reeled in some more talent from the seemingly never ending North Wales techno scene.
This time up we have James Williams, otherwise known as "Gaenz" who is becoming a regular feature and familiar face behind the decks at some seriously classy underground parties over that way.
He's put together a storming mix of driving, building techno, and wastes no time in getting right down to it, so you're definitely in for a good old pummelling this week!
Definitely head over to Gaenz's Mixcloud page for more music. The "drums in the deep" mix on there is particularly solid, and if you'd like to see and hear him play in person, he'll be on techno dispensing detail at the always awesome and infamous "Indy Party" over in North Wales in March.
For the next couple of months, Decomposed Radio will be decamping to Australia, and basically living out of a tent, but we've got plans in place to keep the mixes coming at you thick and fast, including a couple of live recordings from an amazing night at "Plot 22" the other weeks, so stay tuned. It's not going off....it's gone off.....
