Today we talked with Tracie Shipman, candidate for the City Council open seat. Tracie, who has a long history with the city of Frisco, reflects on the difference between local politics of the past and the dynamics of the political culture of today. We discuss her thoughts on her reasoning for running again for council and the importance of some of the decisions that will need to be made in the next year.
