In this episode you will learn how to avoid burnouts in any area of your life; career, health, relationships, social life etc.

Questions to Ask Yourself:

  1. Are you loosing your passion for life?
  2. Do you spend more time laying around instead of enjoying moments/life?
  3. Are you unmotivated? Perhaps uninterested in everything around you?
  4. Do you spend more time thinking about doing things as opposed to actually doing them?

We've all experienced burnouts before and sometimes we are so deep into it, we don't even realize that the physical symptoms we may be experiencing are sure signs of a burnout.

Signs You May Be Burned Out:

  1. Exhaustion; physical/emotional. Chronic fatigue.
  2. Cynicism. A short fuse. Detachment
  3. Lack of accomplishment
  4. Unmotivated and uninspired
  5. Negativity

4 Easy Yet Effective Steps To Avoid Burnouts:

  1. Do something for others. Serve others. Volunteer. Make sure it is separate from your current job
  2. Disconnect from technology and spend time outside. Do this for 2-3 days in a row.
  3. Submerse yourself into something creative just for fun
  4. Take a vacay. Just do it. Don't think twice.
