Have you ever found yourself turning to comfort food during an emotional rollercoaster?

Maybe it's mac n' cheese, chips or, if you're like me, chocolate!

If you've ever struggled with overeating, this might sound all too familiar.

Binge eating is an eating disorder characterized by uncontrolled episodes of overeating.

Which can lead to serious health issues if not addressed. And, it affects a big part of our ability to process our emotions in a healthy way.

Learning how to spot and manage these habits that aren't serving you can help you take back control of your health and wellness. Taking time to analyze our habits is important. That way, we can better understand how to handle any situation that might have triggered us before and make the shift when we encounter it again.

In this podcast episode, I invited Dr. Trina Dorrah, a binge eating expert, to give us insights into the causes of binge eating and provide actionable tips on how to work through this challenge - because the control of our health is in our hands!
