I am a User Experience (UX) Designer by craft who holds an honours Industrial Engineering degree, with a specialty in Human Factors. I am a certified accessibility professional (Certified Accessibility Professional in Core Competencies {CPACC}) who regularly presents at conferences like AccessU, TechAccessOK, and Accessing Higher Ground.
My professional aim is to teach as many people as I can about designing digital experiences, wherein digital accessibility is considered throughout the entire design process, such that we all start designing thoughtfully meaningful accessible digital experiences. The outcome of which is to improve the ease with which we ALL interact with digital experiences.
I have a decade of UX design and digital strategy experience, leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams in creating world-class user experiences and determining complex omnichannel digital solutions for leading global companies in the automotive, financial, telecom and eCommerce spaces. I believe in data-driven and content-first design, and am passionate about eCommerce specifically.
