How IoT and Video Surveillance are Making the World Safer, that’s the breakout session presented by friend of the podcast, Ken Mills (@OtherKen) at Dell Technologies World 2018. I was able to catch up with Ken while the Expo Hall was being deconstructed, apologies for the construction noise in the background.

As Ken describes it, video surveillance is no longer about collecting video; it’s about understanding what is happening at the device, at the edge, and making realtime decisions.
