Andy and Chris are joined this week by Kaival Patel, dentist and director of the Kana Health Group and Kana Dental Academy.

In this episode, Kaival chats to Chris and Andy about his dental career, working as an associate for the first seven years and completing a Masters in dental implants during that time.

He goes on to talk about his decision to buy his own practice – the first of many – and how he coped with the shift from being an associate to practice owner.

Kaival now owns a growing group of practices and leads a Dental Academy providing post-graduate diplomas so spends 100% of his time focusing on the businesses. He talks about his decision to step away from clinical work and the steps he had to take to get to where he is today.

A great episode – well worth a listen.
