Dr James Acton, former lecturer in the Department of War Studies, is now a senior associate in the Nuclear Policy Programme at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington DC. The Department's Centre for Science and Security invited him to give a talk on the US Conventional Prompt Global Strike programme. Afterwards MA student Sudhir Selvaraj spoke to James.
