A second-generation South Asian American daughter reflects on her relationship with her father five years after his death and explores his distant demeanor. She reflects on the impacts it had on her relationship with her older brother. After learning new pieces of her father’s youth, she examines the space he created between himself and his wife and their children. It pushes her to realize she will always let those she values know that they are appreciated and loved.
