Meet Mary Jane Roy.

True to her motto, Mary Jane's early career began with a specialty in cardiovascular diagnostics, as a Military Nursing Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces. She moved to the Netherlands in 1993.

At the age of 52, heart health issues challenged her to take a look at where her life had been and where it was going. In 2011, she started Creating Waves. She shares the expertise she has developed over the years to support (age) diverse workforces in building healthy stress and resilience skills and strategies to increase their staying power and to thrive!

She's been a member of PWN NL since 2009 and served on the board for 7 years. In 2022, she co-authored and published a book entitled 'Ready for Female Leadership: The Future is NOW'. To this end, she set up a foundation by the same name, dedicated to bringing gender inclusive leadership qualities to individuals, organizations and society as a whole.

Mary Jane (MJ for friends) is a typical Manifesting Generator who's multi passionate and multi talented. During this episode, we spoke about what that means and how it works for her.
