In this episode we tackle some very heavy topics, PTSD, Peer Support, Recruitment and Retention. To help us tackle these intense topics, we are joined by Veteran Police Officer, JC, with over 18 years of experience. He has worked in detentions, patrol, CSI, SWAT, FTO, Honor Guard, and has been a sergeant. JC has been through some tough times both in his personal life and in his career. He and his family have suffered a personal tragedy. As we like to say, he has seen some shit!!! All of us here have worked with JC over the years in one capacity or another. We are very thankful he took the time out of his schedule to join us on the show today...the honor is ours.
