We interview Denise Cartwright a Master Esthetician who developed CRUDE Personal Care an oil-cleansing system, because she herself struggled with chronically dry, patchy, acneic, and inflamed skin—despite the high-end, spa-grade treatments and products she was using. (Hint: soap and detergents)
In 2012, she started experimenting with the oil-cleansing method, developed a routine that has kept her skin (and that of countless others) clear, healthy, radiant, while being soap and detergent free.
Also in this episode we take a trip to NAHA and ask hairdressers what they think of shampoo and I think the answers will surprise you!
