Learning to say no is actually an important lesson in prioritisation. Exercising your right to say No affirms your desire to live intentionally and to succeed through self accountability and proper decision making. You want to be open to possibilities but not by chasing things to the point of meltdown. It’s also about learning to say no to things that you aren’t comfortable with and saying NO powerfully and confidentially. Also we say no to self-limiting limiting beliefs. We do not accept limitations placed on us by society. Let me know what you think about this topic.
