In this episode we have the pleasure of speaking to international manager Johnny McKinstry, who became the manager of Sierra Leone's men's national team at just age twenty-seven. Since then, he has continued international management with Rwanda and Uganda, and worked at clubs in Lithuania and Bangladesh.
