Jake Riordan is a Lexington based developer and is involved in several projects around town currently.

Organically through his time in Lexington Jake has gone from house flipping to developing ground up retail/residential developments such as Ethington Shoppes (think Chick-fil-A and 7 Brew on Harrodsburg Road) and has some key takeaways to share.

Jake talks lessons learned along the way, how to balance development with 5 (yes five) kids, and indicators of success in a potential new project that he’s learned over time.

Hosted by Weston Lockhart
