Originally when I asked Malorey to be on this episode, I wanted to talk about the Mid 20's crisis, and get tips on how to respond to it through proper nutrition and sleep. Like all great chats with your friends, we ended up talking about a lot more and missed some info on sleep hygiene so here are some resources and references:

  • The yoga stuff Aisha keeps talking about are the 3 gunas. According to yogi philosophy everything consists of these 3 things from our composition to our food. Please note that Aisha is not telling anyone to eat a certain way- this is just her understanding of how food effects our mood and energy levels.
