Goal is not nothing but focusing in one direction. Every goal is identified as a short term goal and long term goal. How to achieve the goal, first break up the goal into multiple steps. Then, put a number order sequence on the steps. When you finish each task that is on each step you reach, consider that as you are in the process of achieving the goal. Set a Small Goal, first. Try a one day or 1 week goal and achieve it. Keep moving from there. Essential Habit is greatly helpful to your will power increase.
