My guest for today’s episode is Warren Gibbons. Warren is a mentor to young people entering the workforce and my friend. He is also the host of the podcast Useful and Hired. Warren has spent much of his time helping companies see what they are missing when they bypass young people when hiring and helps the young understand what would appeal to companies when they are hired. His work is invaluable to both. I suggest you listen to his podcast, I think you will find it thought-provoking and if you have young adults, sit with them and listen. Warren speaks frankly about where we are all full of sh*t and includes himself as well.
