Pennsylvania became the latest state to adapt RUFADAA when Governor Wolf signed Senate Bill 320 into law on July 23. In the first episode of Season 2, Jen, Ross, and Justin welcomed Pennsylvania State Senator Tom Killion and Fred Cabell to discuss Pennsylvania’s version of the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act. We wanted to replay the interview with Senator Killion who sponsored SB 320 where he discussed RUFADAA and the negotiations leading up to Pennsylvania’s version of RUFADAA.
