Her involvement contributes to food security, livelihood enhancement, and tourism in Khunde village. Sherpa's membership in the "Khunde Women Agriculture Group" promotes sustainable practices and empowers women in agriculture. Her efforts address economic and social challenges in Khumbu region, inspiring local youth to drive positive change.
