Theater/Arts

Festivals & Expos

• The bricks are back! The Columbus Museum of Art presents the return of “Think Outside the Brick: The Creative Art of LEGO.” The exhibit features an enormous model of Columbus featuring familiar landmarks. • The American Museum of Natural History Dinosaur Gallery is open at COSI. The exhibit features full sized skeletons and models. Admission starts at $15. Visit www.COSI.org for complete information.

Holiday

• Wildlights at the Columbus Zoo runs through January 1^st (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Millions of LED lights will be turned on at 5pm each evening. This year, anticipate appearances by Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Bumble, as well as Santa & Mrs. Claus. Admission begins at $13. Visit www.ColumbusZoo.org for full details.
• The Ohio Chinese Lantern Festival runs through January 7^th at the Ohio Expo Center. This year’s display features over 15,000 LED lights and 35 Chinese lantern installations. Admission starts at $10. Visit www.OhioLanternFestival.com for more information.
• Franklin Park Conservatory presents Gardens Aglow opening Saturday and running through January 3^rd (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas Days). Mark’s “Out There” Pick of the Week

• Our annual Dino & Stacy’s Old-Fashioned Christmas Show is at the Fawcett Center Friday from 6-10am. This is a free show and seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The program is live, featuring an array of area talent, plus a visit from Santa Claus.
