Karl is back to help Jonny with a request episode, as we explore The Clash per the wishes of a listener named Reagan. This British band from the late 70s and early 80s is best known for anthemic punk songs like "London Calling" and "Should I Stay or Should I Go" but, as you'll hear, they explored many kinds of music and featured a sophisticated level of production and musicianship rarely heard among punk bands. The songs below are impressively (or contentiously) diverse and extremely interesting throughout.

1. White Riot (The Clash)

2. White Man in Hammersmith Palais (The Clash)

3. Career Opportunities (The Clash)

4. Complete Control (The Clash)

5. Safe European Home (Give 'Em Enough Rope)

6. Rudie Can't Fail (London Calling)

7. Lost in the Supermarket (London Calling)

8. Death or Glory (London Calling)

9. The Card Cheat (London Calling)

10. The Magnificent Seven (Sandinista!)

11. Rebel Waltz (Sandinista!)

12. Kingston Advice (Sandinista!)

Encore:

Johnny Cash & Joe Strummer - "Redemption Song" (Unearthed)
