How many children must die before all ships enforce safety rules? Sadly, there are ships where the sale of alcoholic beverages is more important than safety. I hate to say it, but there are passengers/tourists who love this type of atmosphere and will continue to support the cruise lines. That is, until something happens to them or a loved one.
