Lily Allen burst onto the music scene in the mid-2000s with her debut album Alright, Still. It received critical acclaim and a Grammy nomination for Best Alternative Music Album. Recently, Lily appeared in the West End production of Martin McDonagh’s The Pillowman and also starred in Dreamland, a six-part television series based on Sharon Horgan’s Bafta Winning short about four sisters living on the Kent coast.

Miquita Oliver is a television presenter and radio personality, best known for hosting T4 in the early noughties. These days you can catch her podcasting with her mum Andi and as a regular on Sunday Brunch.

Lily and Miquita have been best friends since birth and have a new podcast together Miss Me?, which airs on BBC Sounds. The show features their hilarious twice-a-week transatlantic catch-ups.

Angela prepares a hearty meal with love for Nick’s best mates and they all tuck into sausages and mash with onion gravy. The meal is paired with a Ventoux Remy Ferbras by the experts at Waitrose. This episode is riotously fun as Nick and Angela welcome Miquita back to Dish for the second time. Lily talks music, Miquita shares many memories and our foursome have a good old gossip over some tea and biscuits after their delicious meal.
