In Season 2 of Episode 9, I explained the importance of showing up. We often create false narratives or false assumptions on how a situation will end up. Some of us choose to ignore it. This happens when you stood someone up, you didn't keep your promise, you accepted the invite and rsvp but you didn't go, you made an appointment but you missed it, and even a job interview, sometimes we double think like maybe I don't need that job.
