Season 5 is off with a bang as Regina tells us the tail of hippo ranching and what could have been a very big aggressive problem in the south. This story is busting at the seams with kooky characters, bad ideas, and a sense of entitlement that only the early 1900's can bring. It also makes us question what might have been if 'lake cow bacon' had become a core element in the American diet.
