In the wake of the recent Noel Clarke allegations it's never been more important to tackle workplace bullying and harassment, and Meriel Beale is at the forefront of the push for change. This week we chatted to Meriel about her anti-bullying campaign "Unseen On Screen", as well as "Cheer Up Love", which offers comedy professionals a forum to discuss sensitive subjects in a safe environment.
