In this podcast, I've got some exciting updates and insights to share with you all. But first, don't forget to hit that subscribe button and the notification bell so you never miss any of my future content. 🔹 Have questions or want to discuss any of the topics I'll be covering today? Be sure to drop your questions in the comments below, and I'll do my best to answer them. I'll also be diving into some interesting cases, so stay tuned for that! 🔹 E-Filing News: I've got some important news for those of you in San Bernardino and Solano counties. Starting on February 29th, San Bernardino will begin e-filing in the family law division, and Solano will follow suit on February 5th. Make sure to mark those dates on your calendars! 🔹 Client Update: This month, we've had the pleasure of working with 42 new clients, handling a variety of case types including new cases, rejected judgments, and QDROs. It's been a busy month! 🔹 Consultations: I've personally been reaching out to clients for consultations in various locations, including Santa Clarita, Granada Hills, Sonoma County, Riverside, and Alameda. It's always a pleasure to connect with you directly. 🔹 Paperwork Challenges: It's important to note that even in amicable divorce cases, paperwork can be a challenge. I'll share a real-life example from a 2023 divorce case that went smoothly until the judgment filing, showing that even with total agreement, you can still face paperwork hurdles. 🔹 Amicable Divorce: Let's address the myth that amicable divorces are unusual. You're not weird for choosing an amicable path. There are different levels of amicability, but it's a valid choice. 🔹 Self-Representation: I'll discuss why courts can be tough on self-represented individuals. They often prefer professional services like ours due to the complexities of divorce paperwork. 🔹 My Impact: It's heartwarming to hear that people who hire me often follow my videos closely, even if they don't always mention it. I can see how closely they've followed my guidance when reviewing their paperwork. 🔹 Relief for Self-Represented Individuals: Clients who've initially attempted to handle their divorces on their own often express relief when I take over and finalize the process swiftly. 🔹 Challenging Cases: I'll share a couple of challenging cases from Santa Clara County, highlighting some unique hurdles we've encountered and how we're working to overcome them. Thank you all for your support and for being part of this amazing community. If you have any specific topics you'd like me to cover in future podcasts, feel free to let me know in the comments. Stay tuned for more valuable insights, and as always, I'm here to help you navigate the world of family law.
