Goldsmith Eric Trabert is a graduate of Humboldt State University, and the owner of GIA certified Trabert Goldsmiths in San Francisco. We talk about conflict gems, metallurgy, the primal and inter-generational aspects of jewelry. We also discuss the failure of our education system to teach functional trade skills and the systematic differences between the United States and Europe.
