Happy Pride month! This week Stacey and Morgan recap their involvement with the Annapolis Pride Parade and their recent vacations to Northern and Southern California over Memorial Day Weekend. They talk about meeting Maryland Governor Wes Moore at the Annapolis Pride Parade (and may or may not have fangirled a bit too hard!).

Other than attending Pride they recap their memories of their first Pride in Provincetown,MA (P-town) on a family vacation as kids, and how their parents normalized conversations at a young age about and accepted the LGBTQIA+ community. They also share how the Pride Flag then became a symbol of safety and acceptance to them especially when they were in areas unfamiliar to them on vacations.

They emphasize that allyship isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a commitment to understanding, learning, and standing up for marginalized communities.

So, dear listeners, whether you’re a seasoned ally or new to the journey, remember: Do It For The Story. Because stories have the power to change hearts, minds, and the world. Tune in, reflect, and consider how you can be an ally in your own unique way. Remember, folks: Allyship is more than a word—it’s a bridge we build together.
