"I am the least likely tech CEO you may come across."
Kenneth returns from a Table Tennis training camp for haloween as we dig up the Foreman Family history. Then three guests arrive who have a trick or two and treat us with a talk about mentoring and how it can be used to build confidence.
We speak to Dave Evans, the founder and CEO of the social enterprise OKO which is a social enterprise focused on creating opportunities for young adults. He tells us about how his experience growing up formed an aim of providing two million youngsters with mentors. To show how his programme works we also have James and Adarsh to talk through their experiences with OKO, unconventional interview technique, software robotics, getting emotional, getting sacked and top tips for implementing Oracle’s advanced procurement suite.
