Paula has written a novel based on the story of the little brown dog. You may remember I blogged about this topic back in April for world day for animals in laboratories 2021. I am absolutely delighted to have found Paula’s book which will keep this important event alive for years to come & serve as a reminder that we really aren’t much better than we were more than a hundred years ago. We are still enslaving other species, we are still insisting on dominion, the strong still dictate to the weak, we are still pulling down statues in an effort to hide uncomfortable truths & we are still divided in our humanity
