Edwin Castro has come forward to claim his Two Billion Dollar California Powerball Lottery winnings.
When asked what he plans to do with his new found wealth, here's what he said:
"I plan to use my winnings to purchase a carton of eggs, fill up my SUV gas tank, and buy Fletcher Cox a new wardrobe advisor, so he can FIRE the one he used for The Superbowl!"
