I’ve been practicing gratitude for the past few days (following Tony Robbins priming method) and have seen the power of pretending. I don’t always feel grateful, no matter how hard I try. But putting myself into the state of gratitude, even when I’m not feeling it, sparks the fire and usually gets me there. Pretending who you want to be is the first step to becoming who you want to be.
