What’s the thing you are hiding that is hiding you? That is the question we look at this week with our guest, mindset coach and speaker, Gennevieve Vaillancourt. Gennevieve has a condition called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) which causes among other issues excess facial hair. She talks to us about how she lived with the shame of being a woman with a beard and how for many years, she hid that shame. She tells a story about learning to stop hiding who she is and live her life without shame, and how she transitioned to helping others do the same.

You will hear:

  • What led her to start showing up online and providing representation for others living with a similar condition

  • The power of women supporting women

  • Common challenges women face with body shaming

  • The power of realizing your inherent value

  • And more!
