THIS weekend sees the big kick off in many of the leagues below the SPFL.

One of the newest sides in the West of Scotland League is also one with a proud past.

Harmony Row have made their name bringing through kids. But this summer they’ve added the final piece of the jigsaw by starting their own senior side.

Keith Gibson will be the man at the helm as they take on Glenvale first up in the new Division Four.

He joins us this week and tells us why that was the natural step and why they won't recruit players from outside their system.

We look back at the proud history and their links with Sir Alex Ferguson and just why the club has become an obsession for Keith.

Plus in a busy week for managerial changes we speak to two of the bosses in the news.

David Gormley left Rossvale for Lowland League side Broomhill after Martin Hardie’s very short spell came to an end.

He’s had a week to sign a new squad of players but he’s got there - albeit on very little sleep – and now wants to take them back to where he feels they belong.

Also leaving a club was Jamie McKenzie, who quit Lanark just five weeks after telling Down The Divisions about his ambitions. He tells us why he came to that decision…..

It’s all here as we go Down The Divisions.
