Anna shares today on her newest book, EXPERIENCE POEMS AND PICTURES: Poetry that Paints/Pictures that Speak (2019). This work reflects ways writing can be emotionally and psychologically healing as well as a way to celebrate and commemorate special people and events in one’s life. She has found that to be true in dealing with the deaths of family members, and processing events in her life. The book includes her poetry and artistic drawings from a range of diverse teens and adults from across the nation and from the country of Sri Lanka.
