This is the full statement read in my girlfriend's handwriting. These people in the SUV which she talked about, I also reported to the State Department, but without telling her I had done so. They told me to go to their U.S. State Department contact inside one Lapu Lapu police station. One American pursuing me, after my food was laced, said aloud to his phone to contact the same Lapu Lapu police station also.
