Hey Family,
I woke up this morning thinking about what I wanted to share with you today, and the first thing that came to mind was how I constantly ask myself, "what's next?"
You could say I am a bit of an "overachiever," but the reality is I rarely think about my achievements because I am always looking for the next challenge or in this weird competition with myself on how quickly I can reach the next goal.
If this is something you battle with, I have some thoughts on how we can be better at finding joy in the journey and appreciating life's lessons along the way.
