Jeremy Lile grew up with entrepreneurial parents who started a fundraising business in their basement. His path took a turn when he was called to pastoral ministry, yet he also had that entrepreneurial mindset and started a nonprofit in West Akron. Fast forward to the present day, Jeremy is the Executive Director of Heart to Heart Leadership, engaging with community partners through a series of programming and outreach efforts to cultivate the next generation of leaders.
