Mariela is a Leadership and Business coach who helps first-generation women build unshakable self-trust and become in-demand thought leaders by infusing reparenting and emotional intelligence coaching with business strategy. Mariela knows what it's like to be the youngest and only woman of color at the leadership table, but she’s making sure she won’t be the last.
