Since it’s the first week of October, I wanted to touch on something I also spoke about this time last year: the ghosts in our closets!

Are you weighed down every time you look into your closet and you see outfits that don’t fit anymore, or clothes that no longer bring you joy? In this episode, I go through some tips on ghostbusting your outfits so that you can stop hanging on to items that don’t serve you and everything in your closet feels like a true representation of who you are now.

I’ve recently gotten into thrift shopping more, and I really love that feeling of discovering a piece that was meant for me, like pure serendipity. Whenever I’ve felt guilty about giving clothes I used to love away, I think about how much joy that particular piece could be bringing to someone else. And then I remember how much room I’m leaving to bring in clothes that truly embody who I am.

Whether you need to clear space for a new look or need to rediscover the magic within your closet, this episode will teach you thoughtful and intentional ways to sift through your wardrobe!
