In this episode of Drinks on Dusty, we finally get to bring on one of the biggest mentors and influencers of Dusty's life.....Greg Roderick.
Greg is an actor, singer, director, producer, film editor, and film maker!!!! He is also the man that when this podcast started, was listed as the number one guest that dusty wanted on. Our connection and friendship has been such an influential part of who I am and how my journey started.
Greg has been on Broadway in the Lincoln center revival of "South Pacific!" A show he also guest directed me in at my alma mater of Nebraska Wesleyan University! He has been in countless national tours, broadway concerts, off Broadway productions, and etc. Basically, he has done it all!!! He also is a film editor/producer/and director! This man can truly do it all.
It is an honor to have one of my mentors and hers on the show, while we drink and connect over a few different hoppy IPA's!
In this episode we discuss reaching the dream, the evolution of the theatre Buisness, mentors in our life, our connection, and how to be your authentic self.
We also talk about how I lived in fear of my car not starting, when I was tasked of being his "chauffeur" in college. We reminisce on his journey to NYC, Nebraska Wesleyan, and what happens when you truly get the one thing you want in life!
