Prepare yourselves for atonement because this week we’re joined by Killswitch Engage frontman Jesse Leach! We talk about the upcoming Killswitch tour, and Jesse’s transition to becoming a homebody during the past year. Jesse talks about the many downfalls surrounding the release of Atonement in 2019, and what musical changes he plans to make on the next Killswitch Engage record.

Music aside, we get to talk about another shared passion of ours - podcasting. Jesse gives us insight on his new podcast Stoke The Fire, and what his plans for the show are once he begins touring again. We also discuss the importance of vocal rest, and how Jesse balances his time between passions.

We hop back into the music world to talk about Jesse’s latest release with Killswitch alumni Adam & Joel in Times of Grace. Jesse opens up about the rather ungraceful times putting together their latest record, Songs of Loss & Separation. We also talk about: the importance of having side projects (like The Weapon), our shared love of punk rock, what in the fuck “metalcore” actually is, tripping balls in a forest, and much more!
