Mike Chuidian is a Sr. Executive Talent Sourcer at ServiceNow. He has 16 years of sourcing and recruiting in various industries. He’s a wannabe data science and machine learning geek and his everyday sourcing and recruiting consists of leveraging his expertise in mining social data and utilizing various information retrieval methods to build profile lists and find awesome talent.
