Episode 81 - Navigating Working Memory in a Meeting

So you have an idea, mid-mieeting, and you want to get it our there but need to wait your turn to speak, and now you've been so focused on your idea and not blurting it out that you've lost what is being said in the converstaion, and as you re-focus your mind back to the conversation you've forgotten your idea!
